kdeps-tools-memory_search
v1.0.0Search persistent memory for entries matching a query. Returns up to 20 matching key-value pairs (each value capped), best match first: a key hit outranks a value-only hit, more query words outrank fewer, and a newer update breaks a tie. Use to recall previously saved facts, preferences, or decisions. There is no memory_list tool; the memory graph is already in the system prompt.
set tools / shelf memory
LLM context: ~137 tokens when loaded (prompt or tool definition)
Where it runs
Part of the tools set, used in workflow and agent mode. What the model is told about each built-in tool: its description, usage notes and parameters. kdeps runs the tool itself.
- the agent loop builds the request
- the tool definitions are sent to the modeltools/memory_search
- the model calls a tool
- kdeps runs it
- the result goes back to the model

Install
