kdeps harness: honesty
The `http_request` component makes one outbound HTTP request and returns the response: status code, status line, headers, raw body, and the parsed JSON body under `data` when the response is JSON. It is a kdeps component from the `components` asset set: call it with a `component:` resource, no install step. Its call is the kdeps API's `http_request` tool, which runs the native HTTP executor. A workflow that uses `httpClient:` directly - primary or in a `before:`/`after:` step - is rejected.
kdeps kdeps-component: http_request
Make an HTTP request to a URL. Returns response status, headers, and body. Use for calling APIs, fetching web content, or interacting with external services. Requires: url. Optional: method (default GET), headers, data (JSON body), files (multipart uploads), timeout, failOnError, saveTo, retry, cache, connectionName, accountName, followRedirects, tls.

kdeps command: instruct
kdeps kdeps-component: instruct
Return the full text of one harness section or one instruct briefing. Use it when the system prompt shows a one-line summary and you need that section's full instructions. topic is a harness section name (memory, tools, narration, autonomy, safety, errors, scope, accuracy, honesty, code, output, internals, use-kdeps-tools, edit-workflow, or any other harness section) or an instruct topic (overview, modes, tools, available, memory, feedback, files). A name that is both a section and a topic returns the harness section. Prefix instruct: (instruct:tools, instruct:memory) to force the briefing.
